The technological level is extremely advanced. The actual management is carried out by the Supreme Assets Committee (SAC), composed of thirteen of the wealthiest individuals. Recognized as an illegal organization by the nations of Earth, it frequently engages in armed conflicts near the exosphere with Earth's nations.

The actual managers of the Interstellar Rogue, controlling 99.9% of the wealth of Interstellar Rogue, currently composed of the top tycoons monopolizing all industries of the Interstellar Rogue.

The Chief and Founder of the Committee, Alan Mask, monopolizes all military-industrial and aerospace industries of Interstellar Rogue, being a pure capitalist. Establishing the Interstellar Rogue organization is part of his grand objective "Project A," but because he doesn't want to share a planet with what he deems as a bunch of poor people, he plans to initiate a "new Project A." His short-term goal is to eliminate the other members of the committee, monopolize the wealth of Interstellar Rogue, colonize Earth, plunder its natural resources, and privatize them (if he does so, the people of Earth will have to pay him even for breathing). "As long as it's profitable, he can have ideas ten thousand light-years away."
