The philosophy behind

Michel Foucault:
Madness and Civilization:
The standard of rationality is not natural rationality or argumentation from knowledge, but is caused by certain external historical factors.
Biopower theory:
the relationship among body, power and knowledge.
(the body is the battlefield of the outer and inner power)

Gilles Deleuze:

Capitalism and Schizophrenia:
Deleuze believes that the subconscious is the unconsciousness of one's own and parents' personalities, but the subconscious is not unconscious. It still maintains a clear awareness of one's social status and political identity.
Not children or primitive people, but schizophrenics are closer to a subconscious state.

He believes that the purpose of theoretical analysis of schizophrenia patients is not for diagnosis and treatment, but for liberation, that is, using schizophrenia as a force for liberation. Because schizophrenics reject what society accepts as normal, society rejects them.
Meaning in a schizophrenic state is an endless flow, constantly creating meaning (normal people tend to fall into nihility, while people who fall into nihility choose to create meaning).

The schizophrenia described by Deleuze are not patients. They are not madmen in a normal society, but normal people in a crazy society.
